If you were not in your current job role, what would be your alternative career choice?
Racing driver.
What has been a highlight of your career?
“All the cases for clients who suffered serious injuries in which I was able to support them through their rehabilitation to a good, strong recovery.”
Do you have any hobbies outside of work?
“I like going for long walks in the countryside with my girlfriend, hanging out with my two daughters and trying out new restaurants”.
What is your favourite film?
“Anchorman. I love lamp.”
What inspired you to pursue your career?
“I had a part-time job as a teenager and I was treated badly by my employer. To cut a long story short, I was successful at an employment tribunal. As I watched my solicitor in court I realised that the law, if applied correctly, was a powerful thing and that it was the career for me”.
What has been your most memorable case?
“A few years ago, I received instructions from a gentleman who, in a state of naked inebriation, leaned on a hotel bathroom radiator and scalded his buttocks!”
