- Eligibility: All members of Taylor Emmet partner firms are eligible for discounted legal services under this scheme. All new matters are also subject to a routine conflict check before a case can be opened.
- Family Members: Family members and friends of eligible members may also benefit from discounted legal services. A family member is defined as someone who is related to, or in a personal relationship with, an eligible member.
- Disbursements: Discounts apply to legal fees only. Disbursements (such as court fees, expert reports, or third-party charges) are not included in the discount and must be paid in full by the client.
- Personal Injury Claims: Taylor Emmet will not act for members in personal injury claims against your business. The firm excludes all liability for such matters under this
