To be eligible for Taylor Emmet's Discounted Legal Services scheme
- Eligibility: All current employees of Taylor Emmet partner firms are eligible for discounted legal services under this scheme. All new matters are also subject to a routine conflict check before a case can be opened.
- Family Members: Family members and friends of eligible employees may also benefit from discounted legal services. A family member is defined as someone who is related to, or in a personal relationship with, an eligible employee.
- Disbursements: Discounts apply to legal fees only. Disbursements (such as court fees, expert reports, or third-party charges) are not included in the discount and must be paid in full by the client.
- Personal Injury Claims: Taylor Emmet does not act for employers in personal injury claims arising from workplace incidents. The firm excludes all liability for such matters under this
scheme.
- Changes to the Scheme: Taylor Emmet Solicitors LLP reserves the right to amend or withdraw this policy at any time, including in response to changes in the law, operational needs, or business efficiency.
