Solicitors’ clients are understandably concerned about the COVID-19 outbreak, the significant impact it is having on their lives and may wonder how it will affect their ongoing legal cases.
Whilst the progress of a personal injury claim may have slipped down a client’s priority list temporarily, we will continue to move matters along efficiently in the usual way, ensuring clients receive the appropriate compensation at the right time for them.
Wherever possible we will be solely using email to correspond. If clients who are waiting for an update read this post, we would be grateful if they please check their email accounts in the first instance as we have adopted a paperless approach.

At this time cases may be delayed by factors beyond our control such as if a medical expert or a client does not want to attend a pre-booked examination in person or a Court hearing involving a personal attendance is adjourned, but otherwise, we will continue to work as before and provide an uninterrupted service.
