I have just settled a claim for a young man who was involved in a high speed car accident on the M1 .
He was sitting in the back seat of a vehicle when a large white van drove at high speed into the back of it. He was thrown forwards and hit his face on the head restraint in front of him.
He suffered with a deviated septum, significant bruising and whiplash injuries to his neck and back.
Liability was admitted and we obtained a settlement for him in the sum of £20,000.00.
This figure includes compensation for his injury, loss of earnings and the cost of private surgery he will require to straighten his deviated septum.
