We have recently settled a road traffic accident claim for a lady in her 50s who was passenger in a car that was hit in the side by another vehicle and who suffered injuries to her neck and lower back.
Her previous solicitors obtained a report from a GP expert within 3 months of the accident occurring, who stated that she would make a full recovery within 8 months of the accident.
