This week I was delighted to settle a claim for a lady who, at the time of the accident, was giving a driving lesson to a student.
The student hesitated at a roundabout and a Lorry driver failed to apply his brakes and collided with the rear of their car.
The Claimant sustained severe whiplash type injuries to her neck and back. Liability was admitted immediately by the lorry driver’s insurers. We were able to obtain physiotherapy for the client after which she went to make a full recovery.
Our client has received compensation of £3,400.00 which included reimbursement for her lost earnings as a result of the accident.
