Bethany Rhodes-Lockwood (pictured) has just settled an accident at work claim for a lady in her 50’s. Our client was lifting some heavy boxes between a trolley and a pallet when she suffered a back strain.
Liability was eventually admitted by the defendant’s insurers with our client receiving £3000 in compensation for her injuries and other losses.
Whilst she didn’t have to take any time off work, our client made an excellent response to physiotherapy leading to full recovery 7 months from the date of the accident.
