I have recently secured a £12,000.00 settlement for a lady who suffered a nasty fracture to her ankle after tripping over a defect in a pavement. She suffered both physically and psychologically as a result of her injuries and we were also able to obtain the necessary medical treatment for her so she will be able to recover to her pre-accident state.
We have also obtained £2,800.00 for a gentleman who was knocked off his bicycle on a roundabout. The Defendant motorist drove out straight into his path, colliding with him and causing physical injuries. The compensation included the cost of the repairs to his bicycle.
