We recently hosted our biggest annual conference yet, which had an impressive turnout of over 250 at the Cutlers’ Hall. The entire firm came together to focus on the change and evolution of Taylor Emmet.
The conference was filled with insightful presentations from various contributors who spoke about the firm’s growth and future development. They shed light on how we intend to adapt to meet our client’s changing needs in the rapidly evolving legal market.
Another highlight of the day was the heartfelt presentation by our charity partner, Support Dogs. They shared inspiring stories of how their work has made invaluable differences in the lives of individuals with diverse needs. We were delighted to provide a £10,000 cheque to the charity, which will go towards training a puppy who Support Dogs have decided to call Emmet as a thank you.
Later in the day, we had the chance to hear from Jen Beal CEO of Chapter II, Ben Mills, the commercial director of LFS, and our very own Sharna Poxon and Nigel Hoar. They led a thought-provoking discussion on the future of business, looking specifically at changing client expectations, the importance of data and the potential role of AI, proving to be a valuable learning experience for all attendees.
Our motivational speaker, Steve Judge, shared his personal journey of overcoming adversity, leaving us all inspired and motivated to face our own challenges.
The conference concluded with the TE awards ceremony, where we recognized the outstanding contributions of our team members. A huge congratulations to all the winners and nominees for their hard work and dedication!
Our annual conference was not just a day of learning and growth, but also a celebration of the collective achievements of our award winners and nominees. It was great to recognise the outstanding contributions everyone makes to our organisation. Thank you to all our staff for your constant hard work and dedication!
