This week, a case has been settled by Bethany Rhodes-Lockwood for a gentleman in his 30’s who suffered chemical burns to his wrist as a result of not being provided with the correct work equipment for handling CS gas by his employer.
Our client went to hospital and will make a good recovery from his injuries – his approximate recovery time was 2 months.
This case was settled out of court for damages of approximately £1700.
