Your Solicitor may have requested that you download Microsoft Teams (“Teams”) in order to hold a video meeting with them whilst the Covid-19 restrictions are in place.
Teams is a secure meeting app, which allows conferences, meetings and calls to be held for free. It is secure, and our preferred platform.
Teams can be accessed from any web browser but works with maximum functionality through Google Chrome. It can be downloaded for free onto any mobile phone, desktop or laptop device. You should ensure that you download Teams onto a device which has a working microphone and webcam which must be enabled through your settings.
Downloading Teams onto a Tablet / Laptop / Desktop Device
If you are asked to join a meeting via Teams and wish to use a tablet, laptop or desktop, you should download the platform here.
Downloading Teams onto a Mobile
You can download Teams through the App Store or Google Play Store for free.
