This week Eleanor Buckley has settled a claim for a young lady who was involved in a Road Traffic Accident causing pain to her neck and back.
She was a passenger sitting in the rear of her colleague’s vehicle when it was struck from behind with some serious force. The driver of the car that hit her had failed to apply her brakes in time.
The Claimant immediately felt significant pain and discomfort in both her neck and back, and as a result was taken to Accident and Emergency before being examined and discharged.
In this case, we obtained an early admission of liability from the opponent’s insurers and arranged rehabilitation for our client, assisting her in making a quicker recovery. As a result of the accident, we have successfully negotiated compensation for the client of over £7,000.00.
