The Wills and Probate team at Taylor Emmet, a prominent law firm in the Sheffield City Region, has once again been recognised for its excellence. They have been awarded ‘Solicitor Firm of the Year – North’, marking the fourth consecutive year celebrating success at the British Wills and Probate Awards.

The team, led by Partner Richard King , were named the winner at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester on Wednesday 11th October.

Taylor Emmet’s Wills and Probate services include compiling Lasting Powers of Attorney, tax planning, the administration of estates and creating trusts. The team also specialises in care home planning, agricultural estates, and wealth management.

It is the fourth consecutive year that the Wills and Probate awards have recognised Taylor Emmet after the firm won the ‘Solicitor Firm of the Year – North’ category in 2020, followed by Senior Associate Solicitor Oliver Simpson being named Young Practitioner of the Year in 2021, and Probate Provider of the Year for the North and Midlands region in 2022.
