Only limited information is provided, to indicate the overall status of the transaction (for example, receipt of contracts, searches, mortgage offer etc), details on completed stages and outstanding actions up to and including completion, in line with referrer’s standard requirements. In many cases we are simply required to tick a box to confirm the position that the transaction has reached (lawful basis for processing: legitimate interest – we want to demonstrate the high standards to which we operate so that the companies will continue to work with us) |
