Will joined Taylor Emmet in 2024, having worked for another firm in Sheffield for almost 17 years.

Will started out as a paralegal in the Wills Team, and moved into Court of Protection (COP) work some years later.

He qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and has 12 years’ experience in COP, dealing with many clients with catastrophic brain injuries, helping them with their property and financial affairs. Will’s expertise extends to Personal Injury Trusts, acting as Professional Trustee, and Statutory Wills.

In his spare time, Will enjoys live music and playing and watching sport, spending plenty of time watching and supporting his two children in varying sporting activities too.
