Sophie Taft

Solicitor, Commercial Property

Sophie is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property department. Sophie joined Taylor Emmet in 2021. During her training she gained experience across a range of the firm’s business legal services including Commercial Property, Corporate, Property Litigation and Employment. Sophie studied in Nottingham, graduating with a First Class LLB Honours in Law and Distinctions in the Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws.

Sophie is a member of the Sheffield Future Business Leaders committee which hosts networking events for junior professionals in Sheffield. Sophie is also a member of Taylor Emmet’s Charities committee which organises events and fundraises to raise money for the firm’s charity partners.

Outside of the office, Sophie enjoys trying new restaurants with family and friends, and spending time with her dogs.
