Martin is based in the firm’s Bakewell office. He joined the firm in October 2023 as a partner in the Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts department having over 30 years experience dealing with all aspects of private client work as a Partner / Solicitor in other Sheffield law firms. He acts for clients in connection with the administration of deceased estates, estate planning and personal tax mitigation, the formation and administration of trusts, Will writing and the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Outside of work his main interests are playing guitar, adding to his vinyl record collection, reading and walking his two whippets.
