Senior Associate, Clinical Negligence

Martha is an APIL accredited specialist and senior associate solicitor in our Clinical Negligence team. Martha qualified as a solicitor in 2021 and has worked at Taylor Emmet since 2016.

Martha studied Law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield, where she obtained a First and Distinction respectively.

Martha runs her own varied caseload and acts for clients who have been harmed as a result of substandard clinical and medical care by GPs, hospitals, dentists, care homes, opticians and other healthcare providers. She is motivated by obtaining answers for her clients and achieving the very best outcomes for them.

When not at work, Martha is a committee member of the Sheffield & District Junior Lawyers Division and Access to Justice Foundation, mentor for university Law students, member of the Sheffield & District Law Society and volunteer with the legal helpline for Action Against Medical Accidents. She also enjoys running, baking and socialising.
