Disha qualified as a Solicitor in January 2024 and has a master’s degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London. Disha is a dual-qualified lawyer having qualified as an Advocate in India in 2017. Disha practiced as a litigation lawyer in India for a year before moving to the UK.

Disha joined Taylor Emmet in May 2025 after working at two reputed firms in Sheffield. Disha has experience in transactional corporate matters such as acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs, group restructures and general corporate advisory.

Outside of work, Disha is an Indian classical dancer and loves to perform when the opportunity comes up and enjoys travelling.
