Ben is a partner in the firm and the head of our specialist Inheritance Tracing and Empty Homes departments.

Ben has over 20 years experience in private client law and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Ben and his team have developed a nationwide reputation for being intestacy specialists and are the go-to legal experts for complex intestacy cases.

Outside of work, Ben spends most of his spare time with his young family. He also enjoys playing the occasional game of football.
