Abbie Smallwood

Trainee Chartered Tax Advisor, Wills and Probate

Abbie is a Trainee Chartered Tax Advisor in the Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts department. She first joined Taylor Emmet in 2024 as a Paralegal in the Inheritance Tracing department.

Abbie studied at the University of York and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2024. She is now completing a Level 7 Taxation Professional Apprenticeship alongside her on-the-job training to qualify as a Chartered Tax Advisor and is set to do so in 2028.

Outside of work, Abbie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, travelling, and learning new languages.
