Richard has been specialising in transactional property work since 2004, and is the leader of the commercial property team for our Sheffield, Rotherham and Dronfield offices.
Before joining Taylor&Emmet LLP in 2019, Richard worked for Derbyshire-based practice Ellis-Fermor & Negus, where he spear-headed the opening of their Belper branch office in 2011 and oversaw its initial growth and success.
Amongst his regular clients Richard can list:
