To be eligible for Taylor Emmet's Discounted Legal Services scheme
- Eligibility: All supporters of Taylor Emmet partner charities are eligible for discounted legal services under this scheme. All new matters are also subject to a routine conflict check before a case can be opened.
- Family Members: Family members and friends of eligible members may also benefit from discounted legal services. A family member is defined as someone who is related to, or in a personal relationship with, an eligible member.
- Disbursements: Discounts apply to legal fees only. Disbursements (such as court fees, expert reports, or third-party charges) are not included in the discount and must be paid in full by the client.
- Personal Injury Claims: Taylor Emmet will not accept instructions in relation to any personal injury or clinical negligence claim brought against a partner charity or organisation.
- Changes to the scheme: Taylor Emmet Solicitors LLP reserves the right to amend or withdraw this policy at any time, including in response to changes in the law, operational needs, or business efficiency.
- Exclusions on Combined Offers: The discounted legal services available under this scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, package, fixed-fee arrangement, bundled product (such as one of our Life Planning Packages), or special offer provided by Taylor Emmet. Where multiple offers may apply, the firm reserves the right to determine which offer is available and only one offer may be applied to a matter.
