The Wills and Probate team at leading Sheffield City Region law firm, Taylor Emmet, have been shortlisted for ‘Solicitor Firm of the Year – North’ at the British Wills and Probate Awards 2023.

The 45-strong team, including 14 legal professionals, is headed up by Partner Richard King and has been named as a British Wills and Probate award finalist for the fourth consecutive year, having won ‘Probate Provider of the Year- North and Midlands in 2022.

Taylor Emmet’s Wills and Probate services include compiling Lasting Powers of Attorney, tax planning, the administration of estates and creating trusts. The team also specialises in care home planning, agricultural estates, and wealth management.
