James Wong

Senior Associate, Conveyancing

James is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Residential Conveyancing Department’s Technical Team.

James studied Law at Sheffield Hallam University and graduated in 2012, and completed his Legal Practice Course at BPP Leeds in 2015. He trained in Cambridgeshire and qualified as a Solicitor in 2018, before joining the firm in 2021.

James assists with the Department’s complex applications and technical drafting; including adverse possession claims and title reconstitutions, conditional contracts, deeds of easements and variations, transfers of part, transfers of equity and declarations of trust.

Outside of work, James enjoys craft beer and live music, and spending time with his family.
