Alex has worked for Taylor Emmet since 2002, when she joined the Personal Injury Department as a Legal Secretary. In 2004 she moved over to the newly formed Clinical Negligence Department and was subsequently promoted to Legal Assistant.

Prior to joining Taylor Emmet, Alex worked for other law firms, focusing on clinical negligence since 1997 when she joined a firm which acted for Hospital Trusts. Before that, Alex worked as Legal Secretary to the Head of the Personal Injury Department in a law firm in Chesterfield. After leaving school, she began her working life in 1988 as a Legal Secretary in a local Solicitors office which covered all aspects of legal work, so she has well over 30 years’ experience of working in a legal environment.

Away from work, Alex is a busy wife and is mum to twin daughters When not working, she loves nothing better than getting out into the countryside with her family and their new puppy for walks in the fresh air.
