It’s been a year since we moved into our Sheffield South West office, and what an incredible year it’s been.

Both our people and clients have greatly enjoyed the bespoke space we created, which has seen a transformation in our working practices, leading to a more modern way of working.

With an estimated 1,000 clients visiting our office in the past year, the fully open-plan space has significantly changed our operations. It has revolutionised the way we work and has provided our clients with easy access to all our services.

One of the key aims of our new office was to enable our teams to work collaboratively, and we can proudly say we achieved this goal, which has greatly benefitted our clients.

Since opening the office, we introduced hot desking, allowing all areas of the business to have a presence in the South of the city. These new practices have been well-received by our people, fostering a more dynamic and flexible work environment.

On top of the collaborative and open-plan design, we’ve made significant strides in our sustainability efforts. Our new office furniture is made from recycled materials, we’ve installed full motion-detection LED lighting amongst other initiatives. These sustainability efforts not only help us reduce our carbon footprint but also create an aesthetically pleasant and clean environment for our staff and clients to enjoy.
