Sheffield City Region law firm Taylor Emmet has introduced a ground-breaking ‘Resolution Together’ service to its divorce support offering.
Resolution Together is a comprehensive client service provided to a separating couple by a legal professional for those who want to manage their separation or divorce together. This method can be effective for couples who are separating amicably.
Taylor Emmet is the only law firm in Yorkshire that currently offers the Resolution Together service.
Resolution Together differs from the traditional way of dealing with divorce where each party has their own lawyer, as both clients can receive legal advice on a jointly beneficial basis from the same legal professional.
Taylor Emmet’s Family team has introduced the service amid increased demand from separating couples keen to resolve matters together in a cooperative, cost-effective way, and it will sit alongside the wide range of services the firm offers including mediation and collaborative practice.
