Charlotte Higgins

Charlotte joined Taylor Emmet in 2022 after working at a local Sheffield Firm, where she practised Corporate and Commercial Law, dealing with a varied caseload.

Charlotte has been in practice for 13 years and has a background in Commercial Litigation, starting her career at a well-known National Firm. Charlotte has worked in Corporate for the last 7 years in the Sheffield area and is now widely recognised for her expertise in this practice area, together with Commercial Law, particularly, commercial contracts.

Charlotte obtained a First Class Law Degree at Sheffield Hallam University in 2005 and shortly after completed the LPC at Nottingham Law School, where she obtained a Distinction.

When not in the office, Charlotte is a keen track cyclist, with 12 National titles, 5 National records, and two World records to her name!
