It is often possible to secure an interim payment to help you cover such expenses, before the claim is settled.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation will also cover the pain and suffering that you have suffered and other financial losses, such as financial losses, travel expenses and any additional care that you have had. This is not an exhaustive list, and if you can prove another loss linked to the injury then you should be able to recover it, within reason.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #003a7a;\">Is there a time limit to making a claim for loss of limb or amputation?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>If you are over the age of 18, then there is a 3-year time limit from the date of the accident to bring the claim.
