Firstly I joined as a Fee Earner in December, with Jennifer Ellis joining as a secretary on a part-time basis in January. The additions of myself and Jenny add to the respected duo of John Green, and Jonathan Stittle. Jonathan has held the reigns as Head of Department since 1986 and has always ensured the department has maintained its high standards.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #003a7a;\"><strong>Why do people choose our PI team? <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Our department takes pride in providing a high level of service for each and every client. We abide by the core values of the firm: community, approachability, excellence and integrity &#8211; principles which guide the actions of each member of our team. Clients are cared for throughout the legal process, and after the conclusion of their claim. All the staff within the department keep clients in the loop throughout, follow through on what they say they are going to do, and keep in regular contact so they are under no illusions as to the progress of their matter. Our clients know they are in good hands as soon as they instruct us.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #003a7a;\"><strong>What sets us apart? <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>We live and breathe the mantra of \u201cmeasuring our success by the success of our clients.\u201d We put in a lot of hard work to ensure the best possible chance of success for our clients. Each member of our team receives ongoing training in order to keep up with changes and develop new skills, ensuring clients are receiving a first rate service from all members of the team.<\/p>\n<p>We want clients to know that we care; we recognize that part of a Personal Injury claim can involve discussing sensitive information and as such our team are experts at putting our clients at ease.
