\"JonathanS<\/a>We have recently settled a case for a Sheffield\u00a0lady in her 70’s who suffered a fall due to an uneven road surface. Our\u00a0client suffered injuries to her back, knee, right arm and teeth<\/p>\n

Liability was initially denied by the City Council and we advised our client to continue the claim. This led to the starting of court proceedings and an eventual settlement of just over \u00a36000.<\/p>\n

Our client was\u00a0delighted with the outcome, particularly\u00a0as we considered this amount to be more than the value\u00a0that many judges would have given to\u00a0the claim.<\/p>\n
