Since taking up the position in March 2020, she has led a team of six charged with converting enquiries and has helped us reach record levels of new instructions.<\/p>\n<p>We are also nominated for the Innovation of the Year award, following our success in implementing new technology that has revolutionised our conveyancing process. Whilst most of the team was operating remotely, due to lockdown, we managed to embrace new working practises to deliver faster turnaround times and provide a better customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>Neil Riley, head of residential conveyancing, said: \u201cWe are really proud to be representing Sheffield at these key industry awards and hope the changes we have made to improve our service to homeowners will be recognised. In the last 12 months, we have undergone a seismic shift in our operational processes and it is great to have an opportunity to celebrate the hard work of all involved.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The British Conveyancing Awards 2021 are being run by Today\u2019s Conveyancer magazine.
