She will be focusing on enhancing our high levels of client care by simplifying policies and procedures. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Experienced legal administrator, Dawn, has spent the last two decades at Howells Solicitors in Sheffield, where she carved out a niche in compliance, after managing staff and office operations for many years. She said: \u201cI am still keen to develop my skills and jumped at the chance to take on a fresh challenge at such a friendly firm with a great reputation locally.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Dawn is working with our support team, to ensure we comply with the standards set out for law firms by governing body, the Solicitors\u2019 Regulation Authority. She will also be overseeing internal systems and procedures to make prescribed information more accessible and maximise client satisfaction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Neil Riley, a member of our management board, said: \u201cDawn is a very welcome addition to our team, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge about compliance and a real enthusiasm for her new role.
