I had encountered the firm in previous transactions and admired its efficiency and professionalism. The business legal services team has a breadth of expertise only usually found in larger practices and I look forward to playing an integral role in its future success.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Richard\u2019s broad remit will include commercial property cases of all types, from helping business owners purchase premises, to negotiating leases on industrial units and the sale of multi-plot development sites.<\/p>\n<p>Neil Riley, our head of real estate, added: \u201cI would like to welcome Richard to the firm.
