From 1 April 2020 the statutory minimum employment related payments will change. The most commonly used ones are set out below.<\/p>\n

There will be changes to the National Living Wage and National Minimum Wages rates to be implemented from 1 April 2020. These will be as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

From 1 April 2020 the rates payable for family related leave and sickness absence will also increase as follows:<\/p>\n

Statutory Maternity and Adoption Pay<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

First six weeks at 90% of weekly pay<\/p>\n

Additional 33 weeks at \u00a3151.20<\/p>\n

Statutory Paternity Pay<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Two weeks at \u00a3151.20 (or 90% of weekly pay if that is lower)<\/p>\n

Shared Parental Leave Pay<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Up to 39 weeks at \u00a3151.20 (or 90% of weekly pay if that is lower)<\/p>\n

Statutory Sick Pay<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

SSP will increase to a rate of \u00a395.85 per week for up to 28 weeks.<\/p>\n
