The car, containing three other people, was involved in a head on collision. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; color: #666666;\">The driver of the car in which she was sat attempted to overtake the vehicle in front of him at speed, unfortunately he failed to take into account the traffic travelling in the opposite direction and as a result the cars collided head on. Tragically the driver of the oncoming vehicle passed away at the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; color: #666666;\">Due to the accident, our client suffered\u00a0multiple injuries that included lacerations to her face and whiplash injuries to her neck, back and shoulders. Fortunately for her none were too serious. However, not surprisingly she also suffered with travel anxiety.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; color: #666666;\">After taking on the case, we have now managed to secure compensation for our client in the region of\u00a0\u00a37,000.00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; color: #666666;\">As for the driver of the\u00a0car, his insurers paid for the claim. He was convicted of dangerous driving and was sentenced to time in prison.
