I will mention two of them:<\/p>\n<p>I have settled a claim for a lady who slipped on a wet floor in a bakery and suffered soft tissue injuries to her hip, thigh and elbow. As part of the claim we helped her\u00a0to receive medical\u00a0treatment so that she was able to fully recover\u00a0after which she received compensation of \u00a34,900.00 which included her loss of earnings.<\/p>\n<p>I have also settled a claim for an elderly gentleman who was hit by a vehicle whilst walking along\u00a0a pavement on his way to a football match. The driver of the vehicle failed to stop, leaving our client with injuries to his foot and ankle.
