She\u00a0was injured when the stair rail in her house came away from the wall whilst she was holding onto it, causing her to fall down the stairs and sustain injuries to her neck, hip and back. Thankfully the consequences\u00a0were not too serious!<\/p>\n<p>Liability was initially denied by her landlord, but after a show of persistence by our Jonathan Stittle &#8211; pictured &#8211; liability was accepted 4 months later. After the receipt of a medical report, our client was awarded damages of over \u00a38000.
