Free Personal Advice Surgery moves to new, bigger Dronfield premises

For over nine years, Jonathan Stittle of our Personal Injury Department has been holding a free advice surgery about injury claims at our office in Dronfield, between 5-7pm on Wednesday evenings. This has been very successful, with many local residents having visited us for a chat about bringing a claim.

We have found that despite technology taking over an ever-increasing amount of our daily functions, plenty of people prefer to meet with a solicitor in person for a free 15 minute discussion about their possible claims rather than talk on the phone or exchange emails. We prefer this too as we find face-to-face meetings are more useful and productive than taking instructions by telephone. In those meetings, Jonathan usually advises on:

  • the prospects of the claim succeeding,
  • the likely value,
  • how the claim will be funded,
  • how long it may take to conclude
  • other questions raised.

Most of our enquirers have taken our advice and pursued claims that have resulted both in their recovering compensation and being very pleased that they visited the free advice surgery.

Launch of new Dronfield OfficeNext week, Jonathan will be moving his surgery to our bigger and newly-refurbished offices at 61B Sheffield Road, Dronfield S18 2GF. The move is due to the expansion of the firm’s Dronfield presence and is particularly to the success of the conveyancing team at Dronfield led by partner Sarah Gaunt.

Jonathan says “I am looking forward to moving to the larger, modern and air-conditioned office which offers our clients more car parking than before. With 3 modern meeting rooms it will provide a much nicer environment for the advice surgery”.
