EXPERIENCED LEGAL PROFESSIONALS
We are constantly seeking to recruit talented lawyers to join our business and personal legal services teams. If you have the talent, drive and determination, and can support these qualities with a commercially minded approach to building long term relationships with our clients, we want to hear from you. We are especially interested in hearing from you if you have built a reputation for delivering excellent client service and are an experienced business services lawyer or an experienced property specialist, operating in the commercial or residential property field.
TRAINEE SOLICITORS
At T&E we recruit 3 trainee solicitors per year, and recruit 2 years prior to the start of the contract. Training contracts consist of 4 seats, 1 of which must be non-contentious (non-litigation). All of our trainees are allocated a mentor in each of their chosen seats to help them develop their legal skills and become an ambitious and adept newly qualified solicitor. From the very start of your training contract at T&E, you can expect to be challenged, motivated and excited. We also offer a limited number of unpaid summer work experience placements.
LEGAL AND NON-LEGAL SUPPORT
At T&E we are conscious of the need to maintain the highest possible standards in all that we do. Our support teams are a fundamental element of our business. As we continue to recruit highly experienced lawyers, the need for skilled secretarial staff is ever increasing. We also have specialists in the areas of finance, IT, marketing, HR and office administration. Our central services department continues to grow at a fast pace to support the future developments of the firm.
