Sarah is a partner in our residential conveyancing department and is accomplished in all areas of the discipline.
She works with a number of housing associations to help them purchase new properties under Section 106 Agreements and make land acquisitions for the development of new homes.   
Having studied law at Leeds and Sheffield, Sarah joined Taylor&Emmet to complete her training, before being offered a full time position with our residential property team.
Sarah currently manages our Dronfield office and runs our new homes section. She is also on the recommended panel for several builders and acts on behalf of their purchasers.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys going to the gym, aerobics and the occasional run.
