Richard is a specialist in our wills and probate department.
Having studied law in Nottingham, he completed his training in Doncaster before joining Taylor&Emmet shortly after qualifying as a solicitor.
Richard was made a partner of the firm in 2002. He has since helped the wills and probate team grow into the success it is today and he was instrumental in the development of our contentious probate department.
His expertise covers a wide range of issue affecting private clients including probate, wills, Powers of Attorney, trusts and tax planning. In his spare time, Richard can be found on the golf course or at home with his young family.
