Rob Cooke is head of our property litigation team.
He has a substantial client base, ranging from public limited companies and sole traders, to private investment landlords and several large housing associations.
Having experience in all types of disputes, Rob recognises the importance of alternative dispute resolution and has successfully completed mediation advocacy training with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution.
Rob is known by the majority of Sheffield’s commercial property surveyors and regularly presents seminars to professionals on various property matters. He is also a regular columnist in the Sheffield Telegraph’s Property Today and publishes a number of property litigation articles.
When he’s not in the office, Rob enjoys spending time with his daughter and playing competitive 11 a side football and golf.
