Paul is a member of our commercial litigation team.
He joined Taylor&Emmet in 2009, after 11 years with DLA Piper.
Paul specialises in commercial contractual disputes, focusing primarily on sale of goods cases, as well as engineering and processing contracts. He has specific expertise in commercial agency matters, asset and sales finance and environmental nuisance.
Having been involved in litigation at all levels, Paul has appeared frequently in the appeal courts. He is also a sought-after commentator on climate change litigation. His clients range from listed companies to owner-managed businesses and he has wide experience in acting for the retail, manufacturing, energy and public sectors.
Paul is the President of the Sheffield and District Law Society and in his spare time, he enjoys travel and good food.
