Julian is a member of our commercial property team.
He joined Taylor&Emmet in 2008, having previously been a partner at Brooke North, a niche commercial practice in Leeds and at Keeble Hawson in Sheffield.
Julian’s expertise covers a broad range of issues including drafting and negotiating commercial leases, handling development sites, in particular options and assembly of sites, dealing with funding arrangements, corporate support and sales on behalf of administrators and liquidators.
He has been instrumental in many major acquisitions and development projects in South Yorkshire and across the country in the commercial, educational and retail sectors, as well as handling multimillion-pound refinancing packages.
In his spare time, Julian enjoys visiting the gym, eating out and socialising, walking, gardening and spending time with his two sons.
