TAYLOR&EMMET HOSTS FREE PROPERTY UPDATE

Sheffield solicitors, Taylor&Emmet LLP, is inviting local commercial property professionals to a free breakfast seminar focusing on industry news and the problem of tenant default.

Experts from the firm’s commercial property and property litigation teams will be discussing common issues faced by landlords during a recession at the free event on March 25.

Held at Sheffield’s Leopold Hotel from 8am-10am, the breakfast seminar will provide advice about the problem of tenant default in commercial leases, the options available to landlords and the pitfalls to avoid, as well as discussing recent developments in the laws relating to commercial property.

The seminar will be delivered by Taylor&Emmet partners, Rob Cooke and Julian Rowden, who will also be available to answer delegates’ questions. The free event will include a light breakfast and an opportunity to network with fellow professionals.

Anthony Long, Taylor&Emmet’s chief executive, said: “Our business legal services department enjoys close links with South Yorkshire’s commercial property professionals and we have already received a very positive response to this seminar. In this competitive market, it is essential that property experts are aware of the laws affecting commercial leases and remain up to date with changes as they occur. Our expert advice will give delegates the knowledge to provide the best possible service to clients and remain at the forefront of their industry.”

Due to the size of the venue, places at Taylor&Emmet’s tenant default seminar are strictly limited. For further information or to reserve a seat at the free event, contact marketing co-ordinator Stephanie Shaw on (0114) 218 4023 or email stephanie.shaw@tayloremmet.co.uk
