TAYLOR&EMMET JOINS THE PINK PARADE The normally muted offices of leading Sheffield solicitors, Taylor&Emmet, took on a rosy glow when staff donned their finest pink attire to raise £250 for Breast Cancer Campaign. Taylor&Emmet's team were among the thousands of workers across the country who participated in Wear it Pink day, which marks the end of breast cancer awareness month. Employees at Taylor&Emmet's city centre, Ecclesall Road and Dronfield branches each paid two pounds to take part in the dress down day with a difference and parade around the office in their pink particulars. Hannah Southern, Taylor&Emmet's HR manager, organised the event. She said: “This is the second year we have supported Wear it Pink day and my colleagues really threw themselves into the spirit of the event. It was great to see everyone having so much fun whilst raising money for a cause that is close to the heart of many at the firm.”
The money generated by Wear it Pink day is used by Breast Cancer Campaign to fund research into how breast cancer develops, leading to improved diagnosis, treatment, prevention and cure.
