TAYLOR&EMMET STRENGTHENS FAMILY RESOLUTION FAMILY

Leading Sheffield solicitors, Taylor&Emmet LLP, is strengthening its resolve to help couples reach a fair outcome to disputes.

Fay Bunting is the latest Taylor&Emmet family solicitor to become an ‘accredited specialist’ of Resolution, the body committed to promoting non-confrontational legal advice.

As a Resolution accredited specialist, Fay will help clients who are willing to put their differences aside conclude their separation without resorting to legal intervention. This method carries equal weight to a court judgement and is proven to be much less stressful and more economic.

Fay has broad experience in all areas of family law and specialises in the financial consequences of divorce and private law children disputes. She will work alongside Taylor&Emmet’s existing Resolution accredited specialists, senior family partners, Pat Lennon and Michaela Heathcote, to endorse the organisation’s ethos.
